Dollar Tree- How I Love Thee!

There are so many reasons to love the Dollar Tree: The cute gifts bags, the cleaning supplies, the adoreable party decorations (I recently saved bundle buying all the decorations for a baby shower at the Dollar Tree).

But, by far, the item I buy most frequently at the Dollar Tree is greeting cards. The cards, unlike most items at the Dollar Tree, are $0.50 / each. There's a wide selection, and the quality of the card stock is pretty good.

Recently while looking for a birthday card for Mr. Bean I found this one:

It reads: "I'm not the type who buys the first birthday card I see, ya know!"

"First, I check to see how much it costs. Happy Birthday"

Perfect! Dollar Tree, you've done it again!

There are some great blank books at the one near me which I cross stitch a personal cover and resell. See the 'True Love' journal at the top of this page if you wish http://www.prettycheapjewelry.com great as a wedding guest book, mini photo album, or just a little journal. I just wish there were more blank books at the dollar store, or a reliable supply at that price!

I too love Dollar Tree. In my area, it is the best dollar store that we have.

That's cute! The dollar tree in my area is kind of out of the way, but I have been buying $1 cards at Dollar General. I didn't know Dollar Tree had such neat stuff and 50 cent cards. I will have to check it out.
