I ended up netting $77.70 from

the text book sale. The break down went like this:

$89.99 sale price of book
+ 2.64 shipping reimbursement
- 11.25 half.com commission
- 3.15 actual shipping cost
- 0.53 cost of padded envelope + tax
--------------------------
$77.70 profit
